As adults, we still enjoy being active with friends, but don’t always feel like we have the time or opportunities to do so. Group exercise classes are a great way to work out, try something new and make new friends. All classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness. Instructors teach several different options throughout class to accommodate beginners as well as challenge the more fit. A major benefit to participating in our group classes is the social aspect of being able to make new friends in the community and motivate each other to be better. You may also find yourself getting lost in the class and having a better workout than you expected. We also put together fun and interactive events.
