Creating A New Account
To access the Patient Portal as a patient/client, you will need to create an account. From the Login page, click “New User Registration”. Please enter a valid email address. Any notifications relating to your Username Account will be sent to the email address provided. Next, you will need to create a password for your account. Type in your password twice and click “Confirm Password”. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be taken to your Profile Page. Basic profile details will appear here, such as your ongoing Treatment Plan and other resources necessary to help in your recovery.
